The day, by the hour
Open the day and see bookings grouped by hour, each with its next step: assign a table, collect the deposit, or check in. An arrow moves between days.
Take a booking while you see the full slots and the free tables, know who is late before you give their table away, and seat whoever is waiting on the first table to free up.
A book tells you who booked, but not which tables are free at nine, that the eight o'clock guest is twenty minutes late with a table held for them, or that the family at the door has waited half an hour. And a deposit gets lost between the book and the drawer: nobody knows whether it was refunded or kept.
In Loqma, reservations are part of the floor and the till: a booking goes on a table from the floor plan, a reserved table shows its guest's name, and when they arrive you open their order from the same place.

Type the phone number and the guest's name fills in if they are on file, pick the party size, and you see every half-hour slot, the full ones marked full, and only the tables that seat that party and are free then.
A late guest sits above everything, with how late they are and how long their table is still held, and four buttons: arrived, extend fifteen minutes, call, no-show.
Set a deposit on a booking and mark it paid when it is settled in cash or by card, or send the guest a link to pay online. On a no-show you choose: keep the deposit or refund it, in full or in part.
Add walk-ins with their party size and number, see how long each has waited, and above them the tables free right now with their seats. Mark that you told them, then seat them on a table in one tap.
A reserved table on the floor plan has a dashed border and today's guest name. When they arrive, "Check in and start order" seats the booking and opens the table's order.
Reservations and the waitlist are included in the Growth and Pro plans. Pricing
Not at the moment. Guests book by phone or WhatsApp, and your team records the booking in Loqma while seeing the free slots and tables. If you want a deposit, you send them a link to pay online.
Enter the deposit on the booking; if it is paid in cash or by card, mark it paid. Or send a payment link, and the booking updates itself once they pay. Online deposits need your restaurant's payment gateway active, which has its own fees.
Pressing no-show on a booking with a paid deposit asks whether to keep it or refund it. You can refund part and keep the rest as a cancellation fee from the dashboard, and every step is recorded on the booking.
No, on purpose. The system shows how long the table is still held, and you decide: extend, call, or mark a no-show. A guest's table is never given away without someone on your team deciding it.
A reservation has a set time and a table. The waitlist is for walk-ins: record their name, party size and number, and seat them on the first table that fits. Both share one screen because they are the same decision: who sits at which table.
It does not send reminder messages at the moment. The guest's number is saved on the booking, and the "Call" button on a late booking opens a call to it.
