Loyalty program

A guest who comes back finds their points waiting

The cashier types the guest's phone number, points are earned with the order and spent on the next one. Regulars move up a tier and earn more, with nobody tracking it by hand.

Why loyalty belongs inside the till

A paper stamp card gets lost in a wallet, the guest forgets to show it, and you never learn who your most loyal guests are. Separate loyalty apps ask the guest to download something, the cashier opens a second screen in the rush, and the points know nothing about what was ordered or returned.

In Loqma, loyalty is part of the order itself: the guest is attached to the order by phone number, points are earned when the order closes and taken back if part of it is returned, and paying with points is a payment method like cash and card.

How it works in Loqma

  • The guest is their phone number

The cashier searches by name or phone and attaches the guest to the order, or adds a new one with name and number from the same screen. Each guest shows their points and wallet balance, so the cashier knows before payment what they have.

  • Points that earn themselves

Set in the settings how many points a guest earns per riyal, and points are added when the order completes, with no extra button or step for the cashier.

  • Tiers that reward regulars

Create tiers such as Silver and Gold, each with a minimum balance and an earning multiplier (Gold earns double, for example). Guests move into a tier on their own as soon as their balance reaches it.

  • Paying with points

"Loyalty points" is a payment method at the till: the guest pays all or part of the bill with points and the rest in cash or by card. If the payment is refunded later, the points come back.

  • A wallet for every guest

Top up a balance in a guest's wallet from the dashboard, and they pay from it at the till like any payment method. Top-ups, deductions and refunds are all done from the guest's file.

  • A file that tells you about your guest

Each guest has a file with their number of orders, how much they spent (tips excluded), their average bill, their first and last visit, the five items they order most, and their addresses and tags.

The details that keep the program fair

  • A return takes back only the points earned on the returned items
  • A guest can never spend more points or balance than they have, even when paying from two devices at the same moment
  • The tier is recalculated on every points move: a purchase, a return, paying with points and a manual adjustment
  • Points and wallet can be adjusted by hand from the guest's file by anyone allowed to manage loyalty
  • A manual points adjustment carries its reason
  • Online store orders are tied to the guest's phone number, so they earn points like orders at the till
  • The customer list sorts by points or wallet balance, so you can see your top guests
  • A blocked guest cannot order from the online store and is left out of marketing campaigns
  • Delivery addresses in the Saudi national address format
  • On the tablet, the desktop app and the web dashboard

Points, tiers and the customer wallet are included in the Growth and Pro plans. Customer files are in every plan. Pricing

Common questions

No. The guest's account is their phone number, and the cashier attaches it to the order from the sales screen. There is no page for guests to check their own points at the moment, so if they ask about their balance, the cashier sees it as soon as they pick them.

The settings have two numbers: the earn rate (points per riyal) and the redeem rate, which sets what points are worth when a guest pays with them. With no earn rate set, no points are earned.

The system takes back only the points earned on the items that came back and recalculates the guest's tier. Points the guest paid with come back if the payment is refunded.

Yes. An online store order is tied to the guest's phone number, so when it completes it earns points at the same rate and shows in the guest's file with their other orders.

Points are earned from purchases and turn into a discount at the rate you set. The wallet is a riyal balance you load for the guest, for a prepayment or a goodwill credit for example, and they pay from it like cash.

Yes, on the Pro plan: the marketing page splits your guests into segments and sends them campaigns. A blocked guest is left out of campaigns automatically.
