Delivery areas on the map
Draw a circle around the branch with the radius you choose, or draw any area in the shape you need. Each area has a delivery fee, a minimum order and an expected delivery time.
Set where you deliver and for how much, let the system work out each order's fee from the guest's location, then assign the delivery to a driver and know where it stands.
When fees are set by word of mouth ("a nearby area" or "a bit further"), every staff member estimates them their own way, the guest picks the cheaper district name, and the driver heads to a written address and phones to ask where the door is. At month end you do not know what delivery cost you or what you collected for it.
In Loqma, delivery areas are drawn on the map, the fee is worked out from the guest's own location, and the driver opens that location on a map. The same rule prices the till and the online store, so the price the guest sees is the price they pay.

Rather not start from scratch? "Suggest ready-made bands" gives you three rings around your branch; adjust their fees and limits and save them.
A compound or district you do not serve in the middle of your area? Draw it as an excluded area without splitting the area around it. When two areas overlap, you choose which one wins.
Click any point on the map and it tells you which area it falls in, the fee, the expected time, and whether it sits near the area's edge. Outside the range, it tells you how far the nearest area is.
Add your drivers with their names and numbers, and every delivery shows with its order number: assign it to a driver and follow its status from pending, to assigned, to picked up, to delivered.
In the online store the guest drops a pin and the fee is worked out from it; at the till, staff pick the area for a phone order and its fee is added. The fee is computed by the system, so nobody can change it from the page.
Delivery management, its areas and drivers start from the Growth plan. The online store that works out the fee from the guest's location is in the Pro plan. Pricing
No. You can start with areas by name and fee, and the cashier picks the area for the order. Drawing on the map lets the system work out the fee itself from the guest's location, which is what the online store needs.
Not at the moment. You assign the delivery to a driver and update its status from the dashboard, and the driver opens the guest's location on a map from a link. The guest follows their order's steps from the tracking link.
Each area has a fixed fee and a minimum order that you set. The order takes the fee of the area the guest's location falls in, added to their invoice.
Yes. In the online store they drop a pin, so they know whether you deliver to them and for how much before they finish ordering. Outside the range, the page tells them.
Yes. From the till, pause delivery for your branch for fifteen minutes, half an hour, an hour or until you resume it; the store closes the delivery option before the guest starts and reopens it on its own when the time is up.
Give each area a priority and the higher one wins where they meet. The areas are listed in the same order the system picks them in, so a fee never comes as a surprise.
